My first ever Jamaican food experience and I loved it. The goat curry and oxtail were very tasty and tender. It comes with rice and coleslaw as well. Portion size is decent. Would recommend!

Food was good!! It’s difficult just to order one thing truly so I also order the curry chicken roit!

This place is special to me and my family.I've been coming to is restaurant since I was a kid. Great food, great atmosphere. A lot of good memories with my family eating here

Delicious, delicious, delicious and then some! This is a well known place. Whenever I go, there are always people coming for pick up orders. They get calls. They are bus-ay and that's a good thing because they've got great tasting, quality food. I remember the first time I ordered the jerk Salmon dinner, with mixed vegetables and rice and beans... the flavours were sensational. A large portion that could easily be made into two meals. I've tried the mixed vegetable roti, the tvp roti and the jerk chicken. All of which have been exquisite. The sweet potato pie was also scrumptious. I first learned this place existed while taking the street car along st. Clair after work. The bright yellow awning and the warm house lights instantly drew me in. When I was in the area I snapped some photos of their menu. A few weeks later I ordered a dinner plate.

Great food, amazing service and very affordable. Food is made to order, which sets Royal Caribbean Cafe apart from the other restaurants. My favourite is STEAMED FISH WITH THE WORKS!!!

Jerk chicken was really juicy and good flavor. Great portion size! The bammy is amazing and the mannish soup (goat head) had good flavour and heat- they even offered to add dumplings to it. Provisions were OK, I tend to like mine a bit more cooked down and soft. Staff were really nice and knew the ingredients of the dishes well. They have many gluten free options too!

The food is excellent, generous portions and great prices. The service was fast and friendly. I highly recommend buying food from here. All the dishes are good, but they do have some of the best Jerk Chicken in town. ;)

Royal Caribbean Cafe in Toronto is a gem for authentic Jamaican cuisine. The jerk chicken is a standout—perfectly spiced and juicy—paired with flavorful rice and peas. The cozy, beach-inspired vibe adds charm, though it’s primarily a takeout spot now. Service can be hit-or-miss, but the food’s quality makes up for it. A must-try for Caribbean food lovers!
